Grown up children

It's always good to have helpful family on scene, 

particularly children assisting their parents. 

Sometimes, however, I forget,

that if my patient is 90-something years old, 

the "son on scene", 

or "daughter on scene"

are not going to be kids,

but very likely to be in their seventies...
