I was going to write something about how this article may go on to help me in future life, but I can't for the life of me remember exactly what it was that I wanted to say... Oh well. Suggestions welcomed...
Got an urgent call from my daughter-in-law. Our 6 year old Granddaughter is throwing a sickie at 0800hrs.
Quick phone call later Iv'e covered the 1030 conference, and rushed to her bedside.
What is wrong with me? didn't I learn first time round! I sat down stairs only to be summoned by the princess every few minutes.
I gave her water, apple juice and terminal quantities of soup, only to see madam bound stairs when mum came home.
Why am I so soft on my grandmonsters? My monsters never got our attention so easily, but a teary little face will have a middle-aged old git happily stomping up the stairs.
I know this is of thread, but actually, she was brilliant, and I enjoyed the time with her.

I really miss those guys on the babybus, and think I might go back to BETS for another 6 months or maybe more.
